These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of AF TOOLKIT, a digital educational product provided by ALLEROIF OÜ.
By purchasing or accessing AF TOOLKIT, you agree to these Terms.
1. ABOUT AF TOOLKIT
AF TOOLKIT is a self-guided artist development system created by Alberto Ferrari.
It includes educational materials relating to artist identity, audience development, content, release strategy, industry relationships and career direction.
AF TOOLKIT is intended for educational and informational purposes.
2. PURCHASE AND PAYMENT
AF TOOLKIT is currently offered for a one-time price of $99.
There is no recurring subscription associated with the purchase of AF TOOLKIT unless explicitly stated otherwise before purchase.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com.
Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all AF TOOLKIT orders. Paddle processes payments, applicable taxes, refunds and transaction-related customer service.
Your purchase is therefore also subject to Paddle's applicable Buyer Terms and Refund Policy.
3. ACCESS
After successful payment, you will receive instructions to access AF TOOLKIT.
AF TOOLKIT is currently hosted within AF LAB on Skool.
You are responsible for providing a valid email address and maintaining access to any third-party account required to use the product.
4. INDIVIDUAL USE
Your purchase provides a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use AF TOOLKIT.
Unless expressly authorised in writing, you may not:
- share your access with another person;
- reproduce or redistribute AF TOOLKIT materials;
- upload the materials to another platform or database;
- resell any part of AF TOOLKIT;
- distribute downloadable AF Tools, worksheets, frameworks or other resources;
- use AF TOOLKIT materials to create or sell a substantially similar product.
5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All original AF TOOLKIT content, including text, audio, frameworks, worksheets, templates, graphics, concepts and downloadable materials, remains the intellectual property of ALLEROIF OÜ and/or Alberto Ferrari, as applicable.
Purchasing AF TOOLKIT grants you a licence for individual use. It does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property.
6. EDUCATIONAL PURPOSE
AF TOOLKIT provides educational frameworks, questions, exercises and tools.
It does not constitute legal, financial, tax or other regulated professional advice.
It also does not constitute artist management, representation, booking, consulting or personalised mentoring.
7. NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS
AF TOOLKIT does not guarantee career growth, streams, followers, bookings, record deals, management representation, revenue or any other professional outcome.
Results depend on many factors outside our control, including your decisions, work, circumstances and execution.
The purpose of AF TOOLKIT is to help you develop greater clarity and make more intentional decisions about your artist project.
8. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
AF TOOLKIT may rely on third-party platforms including Paddle for payment processing and Skool for digital delivery and community access.
Your use of those services may also be subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
9. REFUNDS
Refunds and withdrawal rights are governed by our Refund Policy, Paddle's applicable Buyer Terms and Refund Policy, and any mandatory consumer protection laws applicable to you.
10. MISUSE AND ACCESS
We may suspend or terminate access where there is reasonable evidence of unauthorised sharing, redistribution, resale, infringement or other material breach of these Terms.
Any rights you have under mandatory consumer law remain unaffected.
11. CHANGES
We may update AF TOOLKIT and these Terms from time to time.
The version published on this page will indicate the date of the latest update.
